Our business is predominantly in the residential renovation market with projects ranging from property redevelopment and major renovations to single room alterations. We also have experience working in public spaces and smaller commercial projects. Can-Swiss Contracting employs a full time crew of carpenters and labourers to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality control. We have assembled a list of reputable sub-trades who have proven themselves to us, and our clients, time and time again.
A Carpenter by trade, Owen earned the Interprovincial Journeyman status in 1991. With vast experience in all facets of the building industry, ranging from commercial high rise construction to high end residential renovations, you can be certain that Owen, and his crew, have the ability to satisfy even the most discerning clients.
Can-Swiss Contracting LTD is WCB registered, carries $2,000,000 General Liability insurance and is a member of the Greater Vancouver Homebuilders’ Association, Renomark and is Built Green Certified.
Our Warranty covers all labour and material supplied by Can-Swiss Contracting LTD for 2 years following Substantial Completion. In addition, we honour all manufacture’s warranties on product supplied by us.
